Awesome story, but kinda an ominous place to leave off, don't you think?
Sorry, certain things just leave me worried, like seeing characters in a movie leave a happy note before climbing a mountain, walking across ice... Oh heck, I can't watch people driving cars on TV without worrying they're spontaneously going to wreck.... Raging gunbattles I'm okay with ;)
Good story, nice way to continue the thread.
Janet's definitely happy. Guess she's stuck in Oxford and not able to tag along on the trip, right? :)
Nice handling of saying what the gang is up to in a digest format rather than a direct dialog-to-paper way; good skill on your part
