Very, VERY nice.
It takes a damn good Faith story to impress me, but this one most certainly qualifies.
A little too dark for a first-thing-in-the-morning read, but them's the risks you take when dealing with this particular girl.
Excellent work.

That story was so poignant. It left a lump in my throat.
I don't think Borimir would say 'smart girl' too american, 'clever girl' 'girl with her wits about her' would sound more middle earth authentic.
Faith is beautifully in character.

I love what you did with this story. There are quite a few stories out there that would have made them fall in love instantly, and you didn't do that. It actually seems plausible. And considering I love Boromir and stories with him in it, how could I not like it? Great story. I hope you write a continuation!!!

I liked it. I think you have gotten Faith in Character, but her being at a vulnerable state of mind and I liked that the Elves thought she was 'positively unnatural'. I'm not sure how you meant it. If it was because of her being the Slayer or Faith being Faith.
