I'm not entirely sure which BSG, I'm actually thinking new humans and old Cylons, with Fleet Characters being humans copied by the Cylons. I have lots of outlining, but haven't 'gone specific' yet. I'm glad for your interest and review, though!

Nice chapter.

Really enjoying the new twist you have put on the situation with Weir. Also like the comparison and contrast you have made between the NID with Xander's influence and the canon NID.

Wondering which version of Kobol we will be visiting. oBSG or nBSG. While nBSG would probably be more drama filled, I have wanted another oBSG crossover since you groundhog day story where Xander and company saved the Colonies by warning them of the attack.

While it would be nice to get more people to help with the running of the city, there is the danger of so many foreigners overrunning the Earth force even unintentionally.

Like the way that Maybournce smoothly gave out assignments. Have to wonder what they will make of the Wraith. Hope they do use the D'argol on Weir, her knowledge is very valuable. Does make me wonder what the effect of D'argol on a wraith feeding victim would be.

Also see the NID being more willing to trade with planets to get supplies. Water won't be a problem as IIRC from canon the city automatically filled and distilled water from the Sea it was sitting on. Maybe they can fish for some food, and collect some from the mainland.

Are we going to see Ronon? He would either still be on his home planet or just starting as a runner at this time.

Can't wait to see where you go with this story next.

Good stuff. I hope you'll be including the older BSG and not the NBSg. The newer show's people didn't really have many redeeming qualities. They brought all of the shit that happened down on their own heads and I could never find myself feeling sorry for them.

On another note, I wonder how long it'll take them to find that Aurora class ship.
