I like the fic but have a cultural nitpick:

"Knock me up if the pizza comes before I'm done."

You have dawn saying this and Harry blushing, this joke can work but you unfortunately got it backwards. In Britain "knock me up" has two meanings, but over here in the colonies it exclusively means pregnancy. So while a Brit can possibly use it innocently, Dawn never would.

You're not covered by your "I'm British, so's my spelling. Live with it." disclaimer if you're using it as a joke :P

Vei particularly liked the whole portal thing, and so on :p there is a lot of originality in this fic, though it seems the writing style could be a bit crisper. Thanks for the fic :-)

I happened upon this story recently and finally got around to reading it. I loved it in all its convoluted plot glory! Its a shame that your Harry and immortal Dawn couldn't make it work, but such is the problems with an immortal dying young. Well done!

I really don't know - if I ever get round to revising it I'll have to think about it, but it's so AU now, especially since Half Blood Prince, that it's really not salvagable.

Not Bad. Well done for continuity, spelling, and grammar. I like the flow of it and the excellence of blending the two worlds together. I even liked the hints of SG. ;~P

Ha! Good ending. The epilogue worked well to smooth the let down from the fight scene. The arrival of Angelus was good. Poor Percy. I feel kind of sorry for him, really. War does strange things to people. I'm going to have to have to go back and read it again to follow the discovery of what really happened. But the final explanations work well.

I must say I really liked the epilogue. It was very much what a epilogue should be lile. Cannot comment on the story overall, I am drunk at the moment and it took so long that I don't remenber, however, I enjoyed all of it, that bit I do remember, wheither it made any sense is an other story. I am going to stop now as it is too difficult to type.

Yes, it's the Stargate. Lots of other crossovers mentioned in passing in the story, that one turns up a couple of times.

I've written CSI crossovers, but if I've written any Anita Blake I've forgotten it. Maybe you're thinking of someone else.
