It wasn't horrible. There are a lot of stories worst than this one out there. That being said there are a lot of stories better too. The whole thing was incredibly rushed and characterization was completely sacrificed because of it.

While this is technically well written, your Xander doesn't really sound like Xander, and your Buffy and Willow are about as out of character as they come. You've diverged so far from the canon that this might as well not be a crossover at all.

While I liked your story as an outline, I wish you had filled it in better. It felt very rushed. That being said, I still liked it and the open ending you left for a sequel or sequels.
