oh my god!! seriously I LOVE Kevin Smith Movies. Clerks being my all time fave not to mention a scifi geeks dream. if you watch the movie it's really just one long discussion broken up every so often by some huge event. and it's in black and white which rocks.. and yeah scary how Xander would fit so well into the whole Kevin Smith verse.

Very funny addition to the series. But you know what you should do? Make an account for your brother, with his own log-in name and all. I had to do that with my husband for eBay. He kept asking me to bid on stuff for him. So I made up an account for him in his own name. Now he's stuck being "ThatGuyScott".
Your brother's "name" could be "LazyBrotherOfPhouka" or something. Then, post all of his stories under "his" name. That way, I will know before I even start if it will be one of his stories or one of yours (which I also enjoy).

This is a really great series, and this story in particular is "sooo kool!" I've never seen the movie in question, but I have known guys like the two protagonists all too well. (In my youth I *was* one, and still exhibit an uncomfortable number of fanboy tendencies. ;) ) I'm surprised they didn't mention "Wormhole X-treme", but perhaps it was too short lived even for them. I still think it must have been more than a "one-ep wonder" in spite of "Citizen Joe". Perhaps eleven eps broadcast (including a two-part pilot) plus three unaired until the DVD release (like a certain other Joss-ian series). Maybe Martin can get a movie deal put together, backed by the studio that makes "Galaxy Quest". (God, I'm even a *meta*-fanboy. See what you started!)
