Something about the wish she’d just granted bothered Anya. Silently she repeated it in her mind. It had been simple enough, just a death. So what was it that was bothering her?

She knew she shouldn’t have taken Halfrek’s advice about not limiting herself to women, when it came to granting wishes. She was the patron saint of scorned women for D’Hoffryn’s sake, not angry adolescent boys; no matter how good looking the angry adolescent boy in question happened to be.

Maybe no one would notice she’d just killed Harry Potter.
