Author’s Note: I also wrote this one some time ago and just never got around to posting it. So here it is now.



“Do you think we should do something to stop this?” Harry asked watching the fighting that was taking up most of the backyard of the Summers’ residence.

Dawn giggled at the shocked tone Harry’s voice had taken on. “No. She won’t hurt him. She’s just…showing her affection.”

“Affection? More like hatred. They haven’t stopped fighting since we arrived. I didn’t think Malfoy knew how to fight without a wand.”

“That’s just Faith. She’s liked him since you guys showed up, but she’s not so good with the touchy feely emotions. She’s always been better with fists than she has with words. The fighting is like foreplay to her and I’m pretty sure Malfoy knows that, judging by the look on his face.”

“So for her it was love at first sight?”

“More like love at first punch,” she said, glancing at him. He really was a cutie. Too bad she didn’t go in for the hero type. Besides, if she ever said that out loud Blaise would kill her. She turned her attention back to Faith when she realized the sounds of violence had stopped. “Told you,” she laughed, watching Faith and Draco kiss like the world was ending.
